Oscar Properties acquired two unique buildings – Zootomiska institutet and Farmaceutiska institutet – to convert them into modern homes under the name Lyceum.

In Farmaceutiska there are high ceilings and light walls. The kitchens are hand painted in dark green with worktops in gray limestone. There are also site-built bookshelves and free-standing cabinets.

In Zoological there are large glass sections with open floor plans that provide bright and functional apartments. Kitchen in dark wood and stainless-steel worktops.
