The property was built in the 1880s and designed by the brothers Axel and Hjalmar Kumlien, who also designed the Grand Hotel. It consists of two buildings, with an exclusive two-level apartment extension at the top and a complete renovation of the other apartments to an exclusive standard. We have delivered kitchens and wardrobes with the classic hand-painted door model Mellby in the colour Cumulus, and the bathrooms feature the model Ramel in Chocolate. The worktops in the kitchen and bathrooms are made of Bianco Perlino marble.
